We are an independent practice based in Headingley, a vibrant area close to Leeds City Centre. The Owner Royston Bayfield, became a practice owner for the first time in January 2005, when he bought University Vision Opticians based at Leeds University with his former business partner Louise Bartlam. They went on to open Bayfield and Bartlam Opticians in January 2006.

Since that time the practice has grown and developed. Already achieving a great reputation in the local community. We pride ourselves on service and value and trying to make the experience of visiting the opticians as enjoyable and exciting as possible. Since January 2006 Royston Bayfield has also purchased Kathryn Stott Optometrists and Contact Lens Practitoners in August 2009.
